If you have updated my podcast, but iTunes isn't showing any of the recent episodes, the most common solution is to be patient.

iTunes updates listings overnight most days, so it can be 24-48 hours before your listings change.

If you made changes more than 48 hours ago that are not yet reflected in your iTunes listing, there is a very good chance that your feed is broken. When iTunes encounters a broken feed, it ignores the feed and continues to display the old data.
