What payment options do you accept ? How can I pay ?

We currently accept a number of payment methods:

• Credit Cards
  • Visa
  • MasterCard

• Debit / Charge Cards
  • AmericanExpress

  • Maestro
  • Solo
  • JCB
  • ST*R
  • Futurepay (continuous card authority)
    - simply select "Automated Card payment" from the payment selections at the top of the invoice

• Online / Virtual Cash
  • PayPal
    - simply select "PayPal" from the payment selections at the top of the invoice
  • Bitcoin
    - simply select "Bitcoin / Crypto" from the payment selections at the top of the invoice

For online card payments we utilise secure payment processors such as WorldPay and PayPal.

• Bank Transfers
  • BACS
  • CHAPS
  • Standing Order

Direct to our account at Fire Financial Services Ltd (replacing the previous Metro Bank PLC account).

GBP and EUR Bank account details will be printed on your online invoice, other currencies are available on request.

• Posted Payment
  • Cheques  (subject to a £6.00 processing/handling/banking charge). However we can only accept payment by cheque from Charities, Churches or Parish Councils or where dual signatories are required.  Please contact us to set this up for you.
  • Bankers Draft (subject to a £6.00 processing/handling/banking charge). However we can only accept payment by draft Charities, Churches, Parish Councils Government Departments where the invoice amount is over 1000 GBP.  Please contact us to set this up for you.
  • International Money Order/Check (please confirm with us in advance of sending money orders as additional processing/handling/banking and currency fx fees will apply)

NOTE: You *MUST* write your Invoice Number as a reference on the back on any posted payments, or they will not be applied to your account

Posted payment methods such as Cheques and Postal Orders are subject to a minimum additional GBP 6.00 handling/processing fee - we advise you to use internet banking or online payment methods wherever possible for cost, speed, security and reliability reasons.
