How to Uninstall / Remove Applications with Softaculous?

Log into your Hosting Control Panel

Click the Softaculous icon

In the top menu, click the "Application Installs" button. (Depending on the version of softaculous this button may be named "All Installations" instead)

Next to the program / script / application you previously installed and want to uninstall, click the (PICTURE) remove icon

Unless you have a specific requirement to keep the database for archiving reasons, you can leave all boxes checked for [x] remove directory [x] remove database [x] remove database user

Click the "Remove Installation" button to uninstall this program.

You will then see a message / pop-up stating:

 

These actions are irreversible! Are you sure you want to remove this installation ?

 

Click OK to complete the removal of the software.

If the uninstallation was successful, you will see the following message:

 

The installation was removed successfully

 

If the removal failed, you will need to remove anything remaining manually using FTP.
